Sufism is the ancient mystical heart of the Islamic tradition — a path of deep self-inquiry, remembrance, and direct encounter with the Divine. Through contemplation, sacred remembrance (dhikr), and refinement of the self, it offers an ancient technology of the soul and heart designed to awaken the human being from fragmentation into presence, wholeness, and intimacy with God. The Shādhilī path is especially rooted in spiritual healing: softening the ego, illuminating the inner world, and returning the seeker to remembrance, balance, and inner peace.
